Regarding to your "he/she" when you speak of Yoite, yes he is intersexed, but in the end he did consider himself male, because he was more male than female. (but that doesn't make him any less pretty!)

Actually Yoite never considered himself a "male" either. The only reason why he/she referred to him/her self as a male was to not cause any questions regarding his/her gender. If you pay attention at the beginning when Yoite was "Sora" he/she would use both he and she when speaking of themselves. Yoite considered himself to be Yoite at the end, right before he/she died. And THAT does not mean that Yoite considered him/her self as male =w=
As to me referring Yoite with both he/she, well then. That is my bloody business >w> Leave me be, Anonymous.
As a side note, I would have loved to say that in Spanish because it would have made the whole thing even more confusing =w=

I wouldn't call it degrading at all! It would be like saying that the fact that Yoite being intersexual is ugly. It is not ugly, is Yoite. If you loved Yoite with all your beating heart, you would accept him as he accepts himself with all that he is. And what he really deserves is happiness, not stability by "labeling" him as a male.
Well of course! He deserves way more than simple happiness and stability! And sorry about the whole "Anonymous" thing, can't really do much about that.
And I agree with everything you have said, but I was just a tad thrown off guard because you were actually the first person I've seen to continually call Yoite a he/she. I never meant anything by it, it was just... I don't know, new? And, I don't want to be on your bad side, I was just wondering about your reasoning.

@Anonymous: Something that is very clear for Yoite is that Yoite hates "labels". For example, his name is not Sora because Yoite is not a girl, but also not a boy. Meaning that Yoite does not consider him/her self a boy or a girl. But then what is Yoite? By mentioning both he/she, I kind of feel like I am also avoiding putting labels on Yoite. If I could I would only use the name Yoite, but it would be so repetitive, it would make a hard read.
